Understanding Shipping Information

Order Processing and Shipping:
Order Verification:

Your order will not ship until it has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. While we strive to process orders within 24 hours, this does not guarantee same-day shipment.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. Please note, our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Speed:

Shipping speeds depend on the courier company and are outside our control. We do not guarantee next-day delivery.


Shipping Charges:
Standard Freight (Ground): Shipping charges start at $9.99 for standard freight.
Additional Charges: Orders with overweight, oversized items, or those shipping to remote areas may incur additional charges. If extra shipping fees apply, a Vonex representative will contact you to explain the charges.


Right to Cancel:

You have the right to cancel your order if you do not agree with any additional shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or canceled.


Shipping Methods:
Domestic Shipments: Orders from our Canada-based warehouses are shipped via UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, or heavy freight couriers.
International Shipments: Orders from our international warehouses are shipped by specialized couriers.
Shipping to Canada Only:

Currently, Vonex Business Solutions can only ship within Canada. Couriers do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments:
A $75.00 charge will be applied to your payment method if your shipment is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of Vonex Business Solutions or the courier.
Right to Review Shipping:

Vonex Business Solutions reserves the right to review and adjust shipping policies as needed.
