Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Required:
All returns must be approved through the RMA process.
No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. To request an RMA, please email us at orders@vonex.ca.
We are not responsible for products returned without an RMA number.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible.
If you are unable to refuse delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a damage claim.
Defective Products:
Hardware (Up to 15 Days After Shipment):
If your hardware is found to be defective within 15 days from the shipment date, we will issue an RMA based on the manufacturer's policies.
Please note that repair times may take 2-8 weeks.
Once your RMA is approved, return instructions will be sent via email.
It is the client's responsibility to return the defective products to the warehouse in a timely manner.
After 15 Days:
After 15 days, hardware will be covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. For warranty support, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Defective Software:
Defective software can only be replaced, not returned for credit.
Non-Defective Products / Factory Sealed Items:
Opened products cannot be returned due to manufacturer policies.
Factory Sealed products can be returned within 15 days of shipment.
Returns for non-defective items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $40.00 minimum, whichever is greater.
Return Process:

All approved returns will follow the instructions outlined in your RMA notification email.
Credits may take up to 15 business days after the warehouse confirms that the return has been processed.
Return Conditions:
Items returned without an RMA case number, missing original packaging or components, or not matching the approved conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
Shipping & Insurance:
Clients are responsible for shipping charges for all returns.
Returned items should be properly packaged and insured. We are not liable for any damage or loss during return shipment.
Special Cases:
Refurbished Products:
Refurbished products are marked as Final Sale and are non-returnable.
Final Sale Items:
Software, RAM, Ink/Toner, and personal devices (e.g., headsets, mice, keyboards, microphones) are final sale and cannot be returned.
